3) DNA methylation chip

[Introduction]

Illumina methylation chip is a high-throughput screening technology for DNA methylation, which is accurate to the methylation change of a single base. The single base resolution realizes the full coverage of CpG sites in the gene region. In addition, it also includes CpG sites outside the CpG sites, non-CpG methylation sites identified in human stem cells, miRNA promoter regions and methylation sites differentially expressed in tumors and normal tissues. 4) Signal pathway phosphorylation level detection chip

[Introduction]

The signal pathway phosphorylation level detection chip (PEX100) was developed by an American company called Full Moon after three years. Since its launch in 2008, it has been widely used. The antibodies on the chip are specially designed for phosphorylation sites. Each site has a pair of antibodies, which can identify the phosphorylation and non phosphorylation status of the site respectively, and each antibody has been verified by Western blot to ensure its specificity. All phosphorylation sites on the chip are confirmed by literature reports and are fully supported by theory. And the chip is universal for human, rat and mouse samples.
